Article Processing Charge (APC)
To support the integrity, accessibility, and efficiency of JLTG’s expedited publication model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied upon acceptance of a manuscript. This fee covers essential components of the journal’s operations, including peer review coordination, editorial and production services, digital preservation, open-access hosting, and the maintenance of a secure publishing infrastructure. JLTG is committed to inclusive and globally accessible academic publishing without compromising ethical or quality standards. To accommodate authors from diverse economic backgrounds, we have adopted a tiered APC structure based on the income level of the author’s country. This model ensures fair access to publication opportunities while sustaining high-quality editorial workflows. We also offer discounts for eligible authors, especially those from low- or middle-income regions or who are affiliated with academic or non-profit institutions*. However, authors affiliated with corporate or industry organizations (such as law firms or technology companies) who are not connected to an academic or non-profit institution are not eligible for discounted APC. What do the Article Processing Charges (APC) Cover
The APC charged by JLTG ensures smooth and uninterrupted processing of your manuscript from acceptance to final publication. It includes:

• Professional Formatting and Editorial Support: Structuring, editing, and polishing the submitted content to meet publication-ready standards.
• Permanent Online Publication: Lifetime digital hosting of your article, regardless of its length or file size.
• Upon publication, the corresponding author receives an official certificate (to be available soon).
• Indexing Support: Submit your research to relevant abstracting and indexing databases for enhanced visibility.
• Administrative and Processing Support: Covers backend operations such as database management, author communication, and publication logistics.
• Author Assistance: Ongoing help and guidance throughout the publication process via email, messaging platforms, or calls.
• CrossRef DOI Assignment: We provide a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each published article to ensure global discoverability and citation (to be available soon).
